It was Spring Break at the university where I teach, so we had no classes last week. Since faculty had the whole week off, I arranged to meet my English mum in Washington, D.C., to go toodle around some of the sights, which was fun.

It does mean that things got a little behind here at the blog, so please bear with me as I catch up with some blog posts (soon to come) and catch up with life and work in general.

The trip was great fun AND I got some good reading in, so what can be better than that?
